ADDITIONAL COMPANY BENEFITS

Victory Capital Management provides fulltime employees with the following benefits:

Paid Parental Leave

Paid leaves for all employees associated with the birth of an employee’s own child or the placement of a child with the employee in connection with adoption or foster care. Employees are compensated at the following levels:

  • 100% up to 4 weeks for every reason, including adoption, foster, surrogacy, etc.
  • 8 weeks is the disability portion for a birth mom (giving her a total of 12 weeks).

Paid Military Leave

VCM is committed to supporting our employed military service members with paid time off for active or temporary military duty in the National Guard or as a Reserve of the Armed Forces. Any full-time or permanent part-time employee is entitled to Paid Military Leave. All full-time and part-time employees are eligible for up to 480 hours of full pay in a calendar year. This includes employees who, whether voluntary or involuntarily, are called or activated to service, and/or for participation in Annual Training.

Travel Assistance

Employees are automatically covered as a participant in the World Travel Assistance benefit through Unum coverage. This benefit is for the employee and their beneficiaries when traveling 100 miles away from home or more. This includes pre-trip, travel, and medical assistance, emergency transportation, and personal security.

Paid Time Off

All full and part time employees receive 9 paid holidays. In addition, PTO is available to full and part time employees. For employees eligible for Standard PTO the schedule is as follows: 1-4 years – 20 days; 5-9 years – 25 days; 10 + years – 30 days; 15 + years – 32 days. PTO is prorated during the 1st year of employment.

VCM Community Volunteerism Policy

Victory encourages employees to become involved in their communities, lending their voluntary support to programs that positively impact the quality of life within these communities. Employees are permitted to take the equivalent of 2-regularly scheduled workdays to a maximum of 16 hours per calendar year for community activities.

VCM Matching Gifts Program

The Victory Matching Gifts Program encourages employees to contribute to qualifying charitable organizations. This program supports employee giving by offering a way to double – up to $300 per person each calendar year.

Flex Paid Time Off

All employees who are Investment Professionals, Retail and RIA wholesalers, External Sales employees and all other exempt employees (collectively referred to as “Flex Time Employees”), will no longer accrue any vacation time. Instead, this Flex Paid Time Off (“FPTO”) will apply to all routine time-off for purposes such as vacation, relaxation, religious observance, personal or family needs, and non-extended illness or injury. This policy does not apply to absences that may be covered under other Firm policies, including but not limited to, Family and Medical Leave, Pregnancy-Related Disability Leave, Paid Parental Leave, and Workers’ Compensation. The appropriate Firm policies should be consulted for any non-routine time-off. Employees who are eligible for the FPTO policy are not eligible for SPTO.

Standard Paid Time Off

VCM recognizes the need to provide full-time and part-time employees who are not Flex Time Employees with standard paid time off (SPTO) from work for rest and relaxation, to attend to personal business or due to occasional illness or injury of the employee or a family member. Although time away from work is important, it is equally important for employees to be at work when they are scheduled to work. SPTO is used for both scheduled and unscheduled absences.

This is a financial literacy program to help you take control of your money and help decrease your stress. Participate in financial courses, utilize budgeting tools & calculators, receive unbiased & confidential personal advice from a coach who will answer questions about managing your money, and much more. All services are 100% company paid for all employees.
